10 Class Package
Integrate Pilates mat work with the use of Pilates equipment to create a strong core, muscle balance, and proper spinal alignment. A great class for all ages and abilities and for those recovering from injuries or having special considerations. (space is limited to 4 people). First time clients must take a Private Session. Payment is required at time of scheduling . Call to schedule a Private at 541-490-0660

Pilates mat class
10 Class Package
Our Pilates mat class is designed to teach the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles. We will focus on developing abdominal, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core.
This class will incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, strength, controlled movement and flexibility.
We will use props as we combine classical and contemporary exercises.
**Due to Covid restrictions, we ask that you bring your own mat. Please dress comfortably, as you would for any other Pilates or yoga class.
Things to know
Wear loose, comfortable yoga inspired clothing, and bring a water bottle.
A Private session is required before taking a Tower Class. Payment is required for Private at time of scheduling. Call 541-490-0660 to schedule a Private.
All Packages and Sessions are non-refundable.
All Packages expire in 3 months.
Class Package extensions or freeze are only available one year from expiration date after that date the package is forfeited . There will be a $15 fee to freeze a package for no more than 6months which will need to be done prior to your leaving and $15 for the extension of an expired package for 60 days.
