Originally from North Carolina, Canyon has spent 8 years in the Pacific Northwest and has called Hood River home for the past 4 years. Having dealt with chronic pain due to scoliosis and a slipped disc his entire life, Canyon found practicing Pilates relieved him of back pain and allowed him to return to his passions of action sports. The improvement in his life that Pilates has provided, inspired him to become a teacher and share Pilates with the community.
Canyon is a classically trained Pilates instructor, teaching the exercises and form exactly how Joseph Pilates taught. Customizing each session and class to the individuals needs, Canyon helps clients build strength and flexibility, while improving posture to compliment their daily activities.

Three options to get started with your Pilates Journey
Private
$50
Private sessions utilize all the apparatuses in the studio and are highly encouraged prior to joining a class to learn the movement and form of exercise. This provides Canyon with an understanding of what your body needs.
Semi-Private $70
Have a friend or partner who wants to join as well? Semi-Privates utilizes the reformer and tower apparatus for an engaging hour session with a partner
Small Group $15-$20
Mat Pilates and Mat+ Equipment classes offer a challenging and inexpensive way for you to practice Pilates.
